ABOUT ME
I am a former 5 year division I student-athlete, I played for the University of Nevada Las Vegas women’s basketball team. I started playing basketball at the age of 5, and haven’t been able to put a ball down ever since. In high school, my passion for basketball eventually introduced me to new passions -Fitness & Nutrition. My desire to enhance my athletic performance connected me with elite trainers and dietitians that transformed my perspective on what reaching optimal performance truly entailed. At the age of 16, I dramatically shifted the way that I ate and the way that I trained. I began to use my food as a source of fuel; eating to fulfill my goals not to just fill my belly! Simultaneously, I began to train with intent; eliminating unstructured training sessions and replacing them with strength & conditioning regiments that’s aligned specifically with my personal goals.
