The 8-WEEK LOWER BODY & BOOTY BUILDER is a live comprehensive training series, providing live email reminders, video demonstrations for all exercises, workout updates and a 24/7 communication portal to your coach.
HOW IS MY PROGRAM DESIGNED?
The Lower Body & Booty Builder Program is a 8-week comprehensive program with 5 workouts per week that take approximately 45-60 minutes each - if you’re looking for fewer/shorter workouts or something you can mix with other programs, let me know and I will alter the programming accordingly. Each 4-week cycle will build upon the next. Your program will consist of monthly training that seeks to improve lower body strength, definition, muscle endurance, mobility, and overall composition.
- The TrueCoach app is an all-in-one platform built for fitness programming; allowing the client and coach to connect, engage, and eliminate all accountability issues.
- You will be able to follow and track all workouts with ease and all data will be stored and available for me to analyze your progress on a daily basis.
- Daily workouts will include: a workout overview, a warm-up, all your movements for the day segmented into an easy to read regimen, and demo videos for each exercise
