WHAT IS THE MONTH-TO-MONTH TRAINING PROGRAM?
The Month-to-Month Personalized Training Program is a live and 100% tailor made training series, providing live email reminders, workout updates and a 24/7 communication portal to your coach. Your training plan will be custom fitted to you and presented through the TrueCoach App (available for download on iPhone & Android).
Daily workouts will include: a workout overview, a warm-up, all your movements for the day segmented into an easy to read regimen, and demo videos for each exercise.
HOW IS MY PROGRAM DESIGNED?
The Month-by-Month Personalized Training Program is a comprehensive 4-week cycle program with 4 workouts per week that take approximately 45-60 minutes each - if you’re looking for fewer/shorter workouts or something you can mix with other programs, let me know and I will alter the programming accordingly. Each cycle will build upon the next. Your program will consist of monthly training that seeks to effectively and efficiently achieve your monthly fitness/health goals by improving overall strength, aerobic conditioning, muscle endurance, stability, mobility and body composition.
